The testing task specification for the KAZTEST system
The testing task specification is one of the normative documents for test compilers of the KAZTEST system.
The test specification is aimed at determination of the bases of preparation of testing tasks on defining the level of the Kazakh language knowledge by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens engaged into activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Goals:
1. Definition of the structure of the test for evaluation of the level of citizen’s knowledge of the Kazakh language on different types of speech activity – listening, lexis-grammar, reading and writing in accordance with the examples of the existing international systems.
2. Formation of the base of testing tasks according to the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan defining communicative competence of the Kazakh language knowledge and theories of pedagogical measurement.
3. Confirmation of the contents and topics of the testing materials for defining the levels of the Kazakh language knowledge.
